BANYUWANGI – Komandan Kodim 0825/Banyuwangi, Letkol Arh Joko Sukoyo, S.Sos., M.Tr.Han., melakukan peninjauan langsung ke lokasi sasaran fisik program TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) ke-125 di Desa Kesilir, Kecamatan Siliragung, Sabtu (26/7/2025). Sasaran yang ditinjau adalah pembangunan sumur bor untuk penyediaan air bersih dan saluran irigasi untuk mendukung sektor pertanian warga.
Dalam kunjungannya, Dandim 0825 didampingi oleh Komandan Posramil (Danposramil) 0825/24 Siliragung dan Bintara Pembina Desa (Babinsa) Desa Kesilir, Sertu Bambang Darmawan. Peninjauan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan pengerjaan proyek berjalan sesuai rencana, tepat waktu, dan memiliki kualitas yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan sehingga manfaatnya dapat dirasakan secara optimal oleh masyarakat.
Letkol Arh Joko Sukoyo menegaskan bahwa program TMMD merupakan wujud nyata kemanunggalan TNI dengan rakyat. Pemilihan sasaran fisik, menurutnya, didasarkan pada kebutuhan riil dan prioritas masyarakat setempat.
“Kehadiran kami di sini adalah untuk melihat langsung progres di lapangan. Sumur bor dan saluran irigasi ini adalah urat nadi bagi kehidupan warga, baik untuk kebutuhan domestik maupun untuk meningkatkan hasil pertanian,” ujar Dandim 0825/Banyuwangi di sela-sela peninjauan.
Beliau menambahkan, “Kami ingin memastikan setiap program TMMD benar-benar menyentuh kebutuhan dasar dan memberikan solusi jangka panjang bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya di Desa Kesilir.”
Proyek sumur bor diharapkan dapat mengatasi kesulitan air bersih yang mungkin dialami warga, terutama saat musim kemarau. Sementara itu, perbaikan dan pembangunan saluran irigasi ditujukan untuk mengairi lahan persawahan warga secara lebih merata, yang pada akhirnya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan hasil panen.
Kehadiran langsung Dandim 0825 bersama jajarannya di lokasi proyek memberikan suntikan semangat bagi para personel Satgas TMMD dan masyarakat yang turut bekerja gotong royong. Hal ini sejalan dengan semangat TMMD, yaitu membangun desa bersama TNI dan rakyat.
